Great Starting Salary
Highly competitive within the geographical area of each restaurant.
Paid Vacation
One-week paid vacation after 12 months of employment. Two-weeks paid vacation per year thereafter.
Medical Insurance
Includes dental coverage. Available for hourly employees who work
30 hours a week after 1 year service. Available for salaried employees
after 90 days.
At the General Manager level and above, the company pays for employee’s coverage and family coverage is available at a reasonable cost.
At District Manager or above, the company pays for employee’s coverage as well as family insurance coverage.
401 K Plan
A long-term savings plan for retirement. Company will match 50% of employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 6% of your total income. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the program.
Bonus Plan
Management Team members at each location participate in a quarterly bonus plan that is performance-based. The plan allows each member of the team to share in the success of its store.
